CCSM 2026 Member Assembly Results: Democracy is Alive and Well

We are excited to announce the results of CCSM’s 2026 Member Assembly! While democracy is under attack nationwide, we are more committed than ever to building an equitable, diverse and multilingual direct democracy within our organization and on the local and state level.

One hundred and ninety seven members voted in CCSM’s 2025 Membership Assembly. Sixty-eight percent of participants identified as directly impacted, honoring our commitment to directly impacted leadership through participation and our weighted voting system.

What is the Member Assembly?

The CCSM Member Assembly is when we invite our members to vote for our Board of Directors.

This is a community effort and we would love to see you all there. 

What if I am not a member?

If you would like to become a member, you can do so by signing our Statement of Principles and Membership Pledge until the November 17 vote.

What if I can't make it in person but I still want to vote?

We have a solution for you! You can request an absentee ballot when you register for the event.
