Columbia County Sanctuary Movement is proud to host the area's sixth annual Latinx Parade and Festival! Join us as we celebrate our culture with local Latinx food, musicians, artists and community! Our event will be held on Sep 13, 2026 at the Columbia County Fairgrounds, Chatham, NY. Terms and Conditions:
- Submitting this application does not guarantee approval to table at the festival. All applications will be reviewed by members of the Latinx Festival Committee.
***Please note that organization/tabling applicants must provide at least ONE Spanish speaking representative to table at the festival.***
All vendors and presenters are responsible for providing their own tables, tents and cooling/warming storage for the festival.
For Vendors selling art and wares: There is a $150- $200 sliding scale fee to reserve a spot at the festival.
For Vendors selling food: There is a $200 - $250 sliding scale fee to reserve a 10'x10' space at the festival. This does not include the Temporary Food Vending Permit issued by the Columbia County Department of Health. Separate application required. Application Fee for Temporary Food Vending Permit is $50 - to be paid to Columbia County Department of Health.
For Non-profit Organizations not selling wares: There is no fee to reserve a space at the festival but your application must be approved by Latinx Festival Committee.
The deadline to apply is August 28th.

You will be contacted by a member of the Latinx Festival Committee should your application be considered for approval. Once approved, you will be given a link to our vendor payment portal page. Applications are accepted between June - August 2026. Applications submitted earlier in the year will take precedence over applications submitted closer to the date of the festival
