We are pleased to announce that our 2025 Member Assembly will take place on Sunday, November 16, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Hudson, NY (exact location to be announced closer to the date). 

CCSM’s Annual Member Assembly provides our members with the opportunity to make their voices heard by casting votes for new candidates to the Board of Directors, passing amendments to our bylaws, and determining our organizational priorities, while also celebrating our accomplishments over the past year. Your vote at the Member Assembly is what drives CCSM for next year to come, and we are counting on your participation! Our Member Assembly can't happen without you]
